Help Guide

1. After entering card number click the second field.
2. Select “Card Number and 4 Digit Passcode” from the drop down menu.
3. The 4 digit passcode is your PIN found here.
   
4. Enter that passcode in the field that has appeared under the drop down menu. Then select Sign In!

Can't click on the second field? Try turning off compatibility mode in Internet Explorer settings.
